Supplementing the core staff, AADER Foundation has access to over 100 short-term experts from different areas of specialization. Our experts work with regulators, policymakers, think-tanks, and other organizations. We work in policy design, program evaluations, action research, pilot testing, implementation support, assessment, and evaluation. We have also developed linkages with a network of organizations spread in several states of the country for project implementation at the local level. Our regional teams operate in New Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata, Lucknow and we have a close knitted network of partner agencies.

Public speaking skills are critical for children who are marginalised and deprived of basic education facilities. We at AADER Foundation strive to develop the confidence to face the public and speak up on the topics they want to. This project is aimed at building essential communication skills and much required confidence to speak adn embrace the joy of getting them heard.
Education is a tool for the empowerment of the marginalized, as it leads to an expansion of choices, freedom and real opportunity. It leads to a greater capability to enable the individual to lead a valued and valuable life. We at AADER Foundation pledge to bring in the much needed community who have faced the negligence and atrociities to be part of main stram education system. We are working in Jaunpur district covering 3 crucial blocks with high migration and low education retention rates. Total villages covered under Project Shiksha Connect is 5 and a total of 239 children being benefitted.
